How does it Work?

  • We are building on lots all over the country. Click on the “Get Started” button and you can see where we are building.

  • After you have found your lot, you can now design your house. We have world renowned architects and designers that provided curated selections in the main parts of the home.

  • Answer a few quick questions and we will refer you to our expert affordable housing loan providers. They will find the best loan possible for you.

  • All the hard work is done up to this point, we already have the permits done and the foundation put in. It will take us 8 weeks to get the rest of the house finished.

  • Now for the best part! We hand over the keys and its all yours from here!
