Built Better.
The Near Perfect Wall.
We utilize Saint-Gobain’s One Precision Assembly (OPA) to build our houses which yields a R-30 exterior wall and R-60 roof. Essentially what this means is the house is built like a cooler that holds keeps ice from melting for weeks instead of days. So you will not require very much energy to heat or cool your home.
Tight House.
This is the new standard in energy efficiency, the most heating and cooling loss happens when the house is not constructed to keep the heat or AC inside the house. This is why old houses have huge bills in the extreme climates of the season. This is measured by a blower door test. The typical house in America right now yields a between 4-6 ACH 50, meaning your comfort system has to work very hard to keep the temperature what you set it to. Our houses are built to a less than 1 ACH 50 meaning our houses are 4-6 times tighter than the typically house in America.
Permits Already Complete.
We don’t want you to worry about a new construction house getting held up in permitting for weeks or months to build the exact same house you wanted to all along. We have already gotten the house permitted and waiting for you to customize the house before we go and build it for you.
Double Check/Digital Twin.
We take quality assurance to a new level with our “Double Check” technology—a digital twin of your house that verifies every aspect of its construction. We have built the house twice before it comes on site. Once in the factory for our prefabricated materials and again in the 3D world, so when we go on site this will be the 3rd time that we have built that house. You would think about building something 3 times, you wouldn’t have any hiccups during construction. Well we have done just that.
Breathe Easier
Your health is our priority, which is why our design emphasizes superior indoor air quality. With advanced ventilation systems and low-emission building materials, our homes ensure that you breathe easier every day. This commitment to a cleaner, healthier indoor environment means fewer allergens and pollutants, creating a space where you and your family can truly feel at home.
